Shipping & Returns
We do our very best to provide quality products you will love. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not we gladly accept exchanges or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise at firstname.lastname@example.org we will be happy to find a solution.
We DO NOT accept returns, only exchanges and in store credit. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please return all items in original packaging, in original condition and with your receipt within 14 days with a recommended tracking number.
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees for exchanging orders. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
All SALE items are final and non-refundable.
Please note, customs orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal or credit card please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.
We have a 3-7 day processing time. We start processing orders as soon as we get them. If you need a order expedited please contact us right away and we will do our very best to get it shipped promptly. (Additional fees may apply)
All orders will be shipped to the address you provide.
If UPS,FEDEX or USPS shows your item/s was delivered, A REPLACEMENT WILL NOT BE SENT. Fedex can not deliver to P.O.Boxes, if you need your item shipped to a P.O. Box or to military bases with a military address please contact us before purchasing items, so we can adjust shipping charges.
Please note, orders can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather.
There is NO Estimated Delivery Dates on INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, unless you are having your oder shipped priority, which costs extra.
ON PRIORITY IT IS 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS WITH NO GUARANTEES OF THAT.
ON FIRST CLASS THERE ARE NONE.
WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
SO PLEASE NOTE THIS IF YOU ARE OUT OF THE STATES AND PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE International shipping will be shipped with USPS. We ship first class.

Orders for stocked items will be shipped in 3-7 business days. Custom or special orders may take longer and will be determined at time of order.
All Domestic orders will be shipped USPS First Class, UPS, DHL or FEDEX mail upon receiving payment and includes delivery confirmation. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge from us.
Cancellations will only be accepted and approved if placed before order is shipped. You must place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order.
